NEW INSTALLATION

WATER SUITE NO. 4, EARLY MORNING FOG

I am happy to announce the newest installation of one of my images, EARLY MORNING FOG (WATER SUITE NO. 4). The large-scale (42” x  63” UF) work celebrates the peaceful, quiet comfort of the day’s beginning while watching heavy fog on the distant horizon roll in across the Bay toward shore, rendering the known landscape invisible except for an egret perched on a solitary piling in the middle distance.

The patron said he chose this work because he loves the shore life and finds It  visually comforting and relaxing because there are no distractions - no trees, no shore, no waves, no sun that we can see. Additionally he mentioned he likes that all the elements fit harmoniously.

Beyond a lagoon on Chesapeake Bay at its widest point - 32 miles - exists the perfect backdrop for capturing dramatic, changing patterns of light, atmosphere, weather, clouds and water.  This is the basis for my WATER SUITE collection of images, now three years in the making.

The WATER SUITE images are part of my “OF CLOUDS AND WATER” portfolio, found here.

IN PROGRESS
