I am delighted that the distinguished architectural furniture design atelier GRESHAKE DESIGN of Wesseling, Germany, is featuring one of my images AUTUMNAL REFLECTIONS in its promotion for its striking, elegant SWORD 1 table.
AUTUMNAL REFLECTIONS depicts the quiet, tranquil beauty of nature in its autumnal mode of the cycling of seasons. Along with surrounding trees, branches, and leaves, the stand of bamboo in the distance casts a perfectly mirrored reflection on the glassine surface of the water. Only the bright white and blue reflection of the clouds and sky imply animation.
Focusing on recycling and repurposing wooden materials, GRESHAKE DESIGN works with sustainable natural materials to produce in its in-house workshop exclusive, limited, uniquely designed, modern furniture. I am greatly pleased that the pairing of the table with my image reflects an abiding appreciation and care of the natural environment.
